New divorce laws set to come into force

Tomorrow at 10am getting divorced is going to get a lot easier. That's the theory anyway. We want to know what your thoughts are. Are there any issues that you foresee with the new laws? What are the pros and cons? Isn't this long overdue? Are you expecting a rush of divorce filings from tomorrow onwards? Any other observations?
